Nephew's 21st

Hi all, feels like ages since my last post. I have had a few busy weeks leading up to my nephew's 21st birthday party in the city, I hate going to the city I'm such a country bumpkin lol but we had a fantastic time catching up with the relatives. 

My Nephew is an IT guy so I chose this image from Mo's Digital Pencil  called Computer Guy it was a perfect fit and when I gave it to him he said "hey that's me", fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a better response. 

I couldn't chose which background I liked best so I'm choosing both lol.

Well aren't they just two little cutie's!

I have been lucky enough to play with Goldie today and I've stepped out of my comfort zone a little by doing 3 Goldie's in 3 different monochromatic colours. I thought this would make a love card for a 3 yr old girly girl. I hope you like it :)

Goldie is part of the Swiss Pixie's collection from C.C. Designs

I have coloured her with Copic's.

Pink Goldie - RV000, RV00, RV21, RV23

Yellow Goldie - Y0000, Y00, Y11, Y02

Mauve Goldie - BV0000, BV000, BV00, BV01, BV02.

I used Goldie's Outline Die and the bonus shapes inside the die to do the flowers, I've also used one of the Rectangle Stitched Dies from the Make a Card #4 die set to house the sentiment which is part of the new release called 'Hopped Up' sentiments from Amy R, Stamps and the Stitched Circles are from By Diezyne.

I used some patterned paper and card stock from my stash and 1/2" Organdy Ribbon with dots from Kaszazz  as well as Stitched Stripes Dies from DieZyne.

Pixie's Background.

Hello just thought I'd share a post I have done for C.C. Designs, it's a pictorial tutorial on a background I did for a new release stamp earlier this month.

The stamp is a Pollycraft design and her name is Pixie.

This is the background 

and this is how I created it..

Using the colourless blender to create a droplet effect by holding it down on the paper for a few seconds it adds interest and dimension to the background.

Roses of Love for Mum

Hello, Andrea here with a card I have made for my Mum using Roses of Love I have been so keen to colour this image since it came out but just haven't had the time till now and it was worth the wait I thoroughly enjoyed it :)  

The chipboard frame is one that Zoe made, I coloured it with a green smooch and the chipboard 'Mum' is from Make it Crafty, I used a red smooch to colour this one. I colored the Roses of Love with Copic's.

Roses - R24, 27, 39, 89.

Leaves - YG21, 23, 17.

The patterned papers I used are from a 6x6 pad called 'Words of Love'.

I hope my Mum loves this card as much as I do.

Penny and Scott

Hello I'm back again with another LOVELY post. This time I have made a little scene using the Tree of Love, Penny sitting with Rose and Scott sitting. I have also used two chipboard words from the new Doodle Valentine pack.

As you can see I used a lot of markers for this one so please forgive me for not listing them all.
