Gamer Dad - Make it Crafty


'Gamer Dad' well in this case gamer boy, I have made this card for my daughters, boyfriend who turned 18 yesterday, 'Gamer Boy' was just a little too young looking for this card. Her boyfriend spends way to much time playing his playstation 4 so I thought this was a fitting image for his card.  




The card was a success, he really liked it and even said the character looked just like him :)
I coloured him with Copic's.
Skin - E50, 51, 21.
Hair - E40, 42, 43, 44.
Top - C00, C1.
Pants - Y23, 26, 28.

Police Be Mine

Hello and welcome to January's Karleigh Sue New Release! 
It's time for LOVE, well Valentines anyway and here is a card I made for my husband. 
Her name is Police Be Mine and she a bit sexy!


I have opted for my usual CAS style card using blue and white for the colour scheme which is the colours used for my states police force. It was kind of weird for me to do this image as my father is a retired police officer. I'm sure he would like it.


I colourd her with Copic Markers.
Skin - E50, 51, 21, 11.
Hair - YR14, 18, E08, 18.
Clothes - B93, 95, 97, 99 N5, 7, 9.
Shoes - N3, 5, 7, 9.
I also used a silver gel pen for the handcuffs and the hat badge.

Pretty Mariah

Hello lovelies, some of you may know that I will be conducting my first Copic colouring class on Monday and boy I'm nervous. I have been a Copic Certified Instructor for almost a year now and this is the first time I will be putting what I have learnt into practice so please wish me luck xx. I have two fantastic Make it Crafty images for my class participants to begin there learning journey, the first one I have posted before and I think is perfect for beginners, Fiery Dragon. The second one is Mariah and she is the one I am sharing with you today, I think she is great choice for a girly card, do you?

I had so much fun colouring Mariah that I did her again lol, this time I printed her a bit too big for a card so I put her in my colouring journal instead.

Make it Crafty - Bloom'in Blog Hop!

Happy New Year! We hope you have had a wonderful time over the holidays and wish you an amazing 2015!...

Punk You Girl - Challenge Blog


Guess who's on another Design Team?? Me YAY! This time with Punk You Girl which is a darker side challenge blog. I am stepping out of my comfort zone and trying something a little different.
For this months challenge the theme is 'Anything Goes' with a touch of darkness. The sponsor for this challenge is SLSLines so I chose Day of the dead, Calavera Girl, Dia de los Muertos  for my first image into my darker side, if I have one lol.


She really is quite beautiful.


I cut her out with a Stiched Circle Die from ByDiezyne and then onto another die, this time from Whimsy Stamps- Double Scallop Doily Die then onto black and brick cardstock.

I hope to see you join in on the challenges and maybe like me explore something new :)
