The Red Queen!

Hello peeps, well what an epic journey it was to colour this fabulous image from Make it Crafty I had so many starts and stops with this image that it took ages to finally get done but The Red Queen was so worth it. I have had her in my digi collection for some time now just waiting for me to feel confident enough to take her on with all those folds and frills and I'm am so pleased I did, I am feeling quite proud of myself.

Any way here she is!! Be prepared there is a few photo's lol.

Challenge Time at Whimsy Stamps.

Hello friends, this months challenge over at Whimsy Stamps Challenge Blog is a 'Tic, Tac, Toe' challenge. This is something new to me but once I understood the concept I loved it. 

Here is the 'Tic, Tac, Toe' sheet and as you can see, you choose a row any row horizontal, vertical or diagonal the choice is yours. I chose 'Summer' 'Lace' & 'Pearls'. 

and here's my card

I have used the NEW image from Lia Stampz  'Buttercup' and also from Lia Stampz 'Summer' the gorgeous little bird to represent 'SUMMER" and some 'LACE' on the side of the image with some tiny 'PEARLS' placed in the holes of the lace and some bigger pearls on the image to complete my 'Tic, Tac, Toe' card :)

This is my second attempt and colouring with 'no lines' the first one went in the bin. It's not perfect but i am happy with it and I think I will try more and more 'no lines' images as I like the effect it has.
