Skin - YR0000, 000, 00, 01, 02 & E93

Hair - E41, 42, 43.

Eyes - YG21, 23, 17 & B60, 63, & white gel pen

Wings - Y13, 26, 28 & R08, 24, 27, 89

Dress - YG01, 03, 17 & Y13, 26, 28

Pants, Ribbons & Gloves -  R24, 27, 89

Shoes - C5, 7, 9 & YG 01, 03, 17.

I have also used the fabulous Big Stitched and Pierced Rectangle Dies from ByDieZyne.
