Well it's that time of the month again for a few $1 digi's from Make it Crafty!
Here's a card I made using Twisted Love Trees and Girlfriends Skipping both $1 Bargains!
I merged the two images in Microsoft word, printed it and then started colouring the Twisted Love Trees using Copic Markers - E49, 47, 44, 43, YG95, E00, 93. Then onto the sky - B16, 14, 12, 00, Colourless Blender. Followed by the Grass & Leaves - YG61, 63, 67, 03, 17, White Gel Pen. Path - E40, 42, 43. Then onto the Girlfriends Skipping - Left Girl - Skin - YR0000, 000, 00. Hair - E40, 42, 43. Top & Shoes - Y06, 08, 19. Skirt - B91, 93, 95. Middle Girl - Skin - YR0000, 000, 00. Hair - W3, 5, 7. Clothing - RV52, 63, 55. Right Girl - Skin - YR0000, 000, 00. Hair - E40, 42, 43. Top & Shoes - BG32, 23, 34, W3. Pants - B91, 93, 95. Rope Handles - R08.
Now that it's all coloured I went to my rectangle dies and firstly used the second biggest one then the one that was two sizes smaller to cut out the focus area of the image. Then using vellum, cut with the biggest die and stamped with a sentiment from Little Darlings Stamps I attached with 4 gold brads then using mounting tape I placed the smaller focus part of the image on top of the vellum. I was inspired to use the Vellum in this way by a project Zoe had used earlier this year. The biggest of my rectangle die was used for the brown card which I attached to a card base.
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy shopping for bargains ;)
